Don't be shocked or alarmed.
Your government and mine 'over here' have knowingly and willingly imported THE highest risk element on earth onto our respective shores - and will ultimately face the price for that continued folly. Our traitors are within, for Islam is not merely a religion - it is a way of life and a regressive doctrine which heart and ultimate aim is for global religious and lifestyle domination. Don't take my word for it - read and do a bit of study for yourself. Suggest googling for "Daniel Pipes" who is but one acknowledged expert.
It is plainly "Invasion without war". The traitors are within our system of governance and bureaucracies. Perhaps it's time to reflect on the need for your second amendment, for the day will surely come when it will be needed. At least you 'yanks' had founding forefathers with wisdom and foresight - we didn't.
It is not 'us' inflicting our beliefs, but Islam clearly and repeatedly seeking to dominate.

It is fine to encourage learning about Islam. It is another thing to say you want to replace the US Constitution with Sharia law. That will not work in this country. We are brought up to respect the laws of our Constitution and we have fought to defend the Constitution and our way of life from those who wish to destroy our freedoms. The outcome of this will be that the more open the Muslim community is about wanting to overthrow our Constitution, the more they will make themselves outcasts in our culture. If you want Sharia law, go to a place where it is accepted already. If Muslims wish to change our society, they are likely to be happier living in a nation where people treat women as possessions, hands are cut off for stealing, and there is no freedom of expression to disagree with authority and religious figures. Individuals with those values will find few willing converts other than people who are already misfits or lost souls. This conference does not seem to have been organized for the purpose of educating the non-Islamic public about Islam, it appears to have had as its goal educating Muslims to take extreme anti-American positions.

there is one thing I don't understand: If the muslimworld is so good, why do people flee from it in great numbers?
If the western world is so bad, why do muslims flee to them in equally great numbers?
I just don't get it. You love islam and the islamic way of life; you hate the western values and way of life - and yet millions of you go to great lenghts to settle in western countries.
I just don't get it.
