[EDNY] Bryant Neal Vinas, an American-born Long Island man who traveled to Pakistan and trained in an al Qaeda training camp, was charged with taking part in a missile attack against a U.S. base in Afghanistan. Bryant has also been charged with providing al Qaeda with information about the New York transit system.
