[EDNY] Six American families who were victims of Palestinian terrorism in Israel during the al Aqsa Intifada brought suit against Arab Bank for providing financial support to Hamas, a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization. Among the allegations was that the Jordanian financial institution administered a "death insurance plan" for Palestinian terrorists killed, injured, or apprehended by Israeli security forces. The case is pending further discovery action and case hearing schedules.
