[WDPA] A U.K.-based insurance syndicate sued the Saudi government to recover more than $215 million it paid out to victims of the 9/11 attacks. In a complaint Lloyd's Syndicate alleged that the government of Saudi Arabia provided direct operational and financial support to al-Qaida and its affiliates in the years leading up to the September 11 attacks.
