Daniel Boyd:
So the best thing is exactly to what Jihad is, use your brain the best you can, put it together with others who are with you on this, and trust in Allah. So I picture like, I got my little thing on, so I need some help with those. And I can't look like a [bandit]… just like you look overseas..
Dylan Boyd:
Okay
Daniel Boyd:
So it needs to be that one
Dylan Boyd:
That one (laughs)…
Daniel Boyd:
And uhm… And it really needs to be like before Fajr [morning prayers], probably stay in a village for no more than a couple days.
Dylan Boyd:
I wanna [UI]… right?
Daniel Boyd:
Uh-huh.
Dylan Boyd:
…More than one day is too much, I thought, then you will never have a problem Inshallah.
Daniel Boyd:
Think about it, we've got to be tourists. All the things that tourists do, you just do it. And only if you're willing, you move up, move up, move up, you'll see. Just like a tourist.
Unidentified Speaker:
[Unintelligible]
Daniel Boyd:
Oh no, I don't think you need stuff like that. Joke, like you know you would… Just picture you're in France.
Dylan Boyd:
[Laughs, unintelligible]
Daniel Boyd:
You're gonna have to buy a couple stupid little things and just play the part, but the whole time you are looking around – 'Man this is so beautiful here' - You're looking at where is the way. This is north, this is south and all that. We already know ahead of time when you look at let's say, 2.1, 2.2, all the way to 3, you follow me? Where those places are, and the directions from place to place, so, that's going to tell you a lot. Once you get to the area that you want to use as your launching point, you should have a backup point or two. I think the best thing to do before fajr, head out, then get out of the eyesight, 'cause people see you head out
….[several unintelligble sections]
Daniel Boyd:
"It's crawling with those Russian soldiers and they will just surround an area until they find you. Basically, once you're free of the constraints of the city or village, and it's not like some Podunk place – they've got cars and buildings and everything else, yeah. Once you're free from that, now the role of tourist is off. And the role of what you really are is on.
Dylan Boyd:
You mean that place will be number three.
Daniel Boyd:
I know how you gotta go.
Dylan Boyd:
I know what it looks like on the map. I got it memorized.
Another Speaker:
I know, I want you to see this. You go one, two, and you're on your route to three, cause three is final destination. Not to delay there, final destination. So that's why I said two point one.
Daniel Boyd:
[UI]
Daniel Boyd:
As you're going, once you find the launching point, you determine that, "Yeah, I can launch from here." You're gonna hear things too. You're going to hear another language. Bits and pieces of words. You just gotta act like you're oblivious to it. You hear the m-word or the j-word, or any of those names, you gotta know, oops, they're on your ass. And just totally play it off, like I don't know what you're talking about man. And make sure you're Salat and is do it right to your … And you know I'm a Muslim. Watch how they pray, pray just like them. I'm telling you, you gotta pray like this. Just look at the wall, ok, like that. Follow whatever they do. Allah knows intent. When you decide to launch so you can go farther, get out of eyeshot, so by the time the sun's up you're out of the eyeshot … once you're there you need to use your directional and think like them.
Dylan Boyd:
I just keep going on and on in that way…
Daniel Boyd:
That's your direction, that's where they're gonna be. And you head out for the country, that's what you do.
Dylan Boyd:
[smirk] Aywa [Yes].
Daniel Boyd:
Definitely.
Dylan Boyd:
UI
Daniel Boyd:
Definitely. You fish around with … Allhamdulilah, to please Allah. Wa'Akhbar. You take every one of them out. [Now in Arabic] I witness that there is no God but Allah. I witness that Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah.
Dylan Boyd:
So that will be the hard part.
Daniel Boyd:
No, that's the liberating part. So obviously they're going to have to have a period of test runs. Okay great, that's what I want. Yeah I know its going to take time, but I'm ready. Try to be patient and purify your intentions and learn everything you can because if Allah ever lets you go from 3 to 2 to 1, that's that. And use that information. I'm giving you guys probably 95% of the mental information that you need, but the other stuff, there's only one place that you can learn it. You know, I can tell you all about it, but you just don't know until you know. And you guys know how to hike. You know how to mountaineer. You know how to survive. Those things, those are all very good. And you know what is obedience. Whether you have it or not, is something for the rest of your life. You go up and down. Just try to remember it goes all the way from the time of Isa Alayhi As-Salaam [Jesus, peace be upon him]. … We hear and we obey.
