Former House Intelligence Committee Chairman and Shillman Senior Fellow with the Investigative Project on Terrorism Pete Hoekstra talks with SiriusXM POTUS about the need to better support U.S. regional allies in the war against ISIS.
They discuss the need to supply promised equipment and training to the Kurdish Peshmerga, the legitimate Libyan government and Sunni trial leaders in Iraq to roll ISIS back and engage other allied Muslim countries in the region in the conflict.
The lack of resolve by the U.S. to assist them, Hoekstra says, is currently emboldening ISIS and leading to further volatility in the Middle East and North Africa.
