Palestinian terrorist Rasmieh Odeh is expected to be deported shortly after her sentencing hearing Thursday in Detroit. After years of fighting, Odeh agreed to plead guilty to immigration fraud last April and be deported from the United States. Cornell University law professor William Jacobson, editor of the "Legal Insurrection" blog, has closely followed the case and analyzed Odeh's many defenses. He sat down with the Investigative Project on Terrorism to explain, point-by-point, how none of it withstands scrutiny.
