Philly Meeting one begins with discussions of elections abroad between Omar Ahmad, Shukri Abu Baker, and UM1.

Next, a Christian fundamentalists conference is discussed which was, according to UM2, "broadcasted by the Protestants in Sand Diego." Omar Ahmad comments that the group received an invitation to attend but declined. UM1 comment that a Greek priest favorable to the group attended the conference. UM1, Omar Ahmad, and UM2 cricitze the conferece as one Zionist and an Israeli attended.

The group circles back around to discuss the Oslo Accords in general and then speaks about The Office of Guidance and criticize the office for meeting with Chairman Arafat. Shukri Abu Baker comments that "he who sells the land is a traitor." Omar Ahmad then begins to read an article which he later summarizes, saying that the author "is saying 'Arafat promises to his people for years turned out to be replaced at the last moment by the whore of Jericho who greeted the Israeli spies.'"

Ahmad then discusses another article by Dr. Israel Shihab which concludes that the "signed agreement [Oslo Accords] is the worst thing to happen to the Palestinians." Shihab's article also claimed, according to Ahamd, that "the first aspect to have coordination between the Jews and Arafat was through the intelligence." Um2 and Ahmad also say that the article explains the PLO approved deportations.

The transcript ends with the group discussing the order of events and presentations for their next meetings.
