[SDNY] Lawsuit by estate of former head of FBI counterterrorism division, killed in World Trade Center on 9-11. Defendants include the Council on American-Islamic Relations. Notwithstanding several Kingdom of Saudi Arabia officials being dismissed from the case and a Supreme Court decision bolstering the posture of motions to dismiss by many of the defendants, the case continues. Plaintiffs have pending motions opposing dismissal.
