[SDNY] Tariq Ramadan,a Swiss-national and Muslim Brotherhood-linked professor, sued the U.S. Department of Homeland Security over revocation of his U.S. visa. In March 2010 the Secretary of State granted Ramadan a visa to enter the United States and the Court approved a stipulation of dismissal.
