[SDAL] A three-count indictment alleges that Omar Hammami provided material support, including himself as personnel, to terrorists; conspired to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization, al-Shabaab, and provided material support to al-Shabaab. Hammami is believed to have been killed in 2013 in Somalia.
