[SDIA] Michael Wagner (a/k/a Mohammad), a Muslim convert residing in Santee, California, was arrested in Iowa and charged with being a felon in possession of body armor and a firearm. The following items were discovered in Wagner's SUV: flight training manuals and a simulator, documents in Arabic, bulletproof vests and night-vision goggles, a night-vision scope for a rifle, a telescope, a 9mm semiautomatic pistol and hundreds of rounds of ammunition. News reports also tied Wagner to al-Qaida operatives.
