Sharmarke Mohamed Duale was charged in Ramsey County District Court in Minnesota with making terrorist threats. According to the complaint, Duale planned to join jihad and travel to Somalia. He began to get radicalized after he started to attend a mosque on University Avenue in St. Paul.
