Two New York residents, Humayoun Ghoulam Nabi, a Pakistani national, and Ismail Alsarabbi, a US naturalized citizen from Kuwait, were charged with soliciting support for terrorist groups fighting American troops in Afghanistan, including the Taliban and Al Qaeda.
