[DDC] Lebanese-born Wissam "Sam" Allouche from San Antonio was charged with not disclosing his prior affiliation with the Hizballah terrorist group in order to remain in the United States and to possibly gain access to sensitive information. Allouche was sentenced to five years in federal prison for knowingly lying to federal authorities on his U.S. citizenship petition about his relationship with the Amal militia. Evidence introduced at trial showed Allouche was a member of the Amal militia and had command authority over Hizballah.
