USA v. Booker, John T., et ano.

Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL)
[DKS] John T. Booker (a.k.a Mohammed Abdullah Hassan) of Topeka, Kansas, is charged with attempting to detonate a car bomb at the Fort Riley military base near Manhattan, Kansas. A three-count criminal complaint also charges Booker of providing material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). In a separate but related case, Alexander E. Blair, also from, Topeka, Kansas, is charged with one count of failing to report a felony. The complaint alleges Blair knew of Booker's intent to detonate a bomb at Fort Riley but chose not to report what he knew to the authorities. Booker pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 30 years in prison for attempting to detonate a vehicle bomb on the Fort Riley military base. Blair also pleaded guilty to the foiled plot and was sentenced to 15 months is prison.
