[EDMI] Khalil Abu-Rayyan of Dearborn threatened terror attacks in support of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) with targets including police and a Detroit church. In an affidavit filed in support of a criminal complaint, Abu-Rayyan is described as being an ISIS supporter who talked about committing violent acts of terrorism, including shootings and beheadings.
