[DMN] Mohamed Amiin Ali Roble formerly of Minneapolis was charged with conspiracy to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). In December 2014, Roble traveled to Istanbul and subsequently made his way into Syria and joined ISIL. Roble is the eleventh Twin Cities man charge for conspiring to support ISIL.
