[EDVA] Lionel Nelson William of Suffolk was sentenced to 20 years in prison for attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). Court documents said Williams attempted to send money to a person he believed was an ISIS financier on two occasions, believing the money would be used to kill people.
