Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS)

[NDCA] Amer Sinan Alhaggagi of Oakland, California, was indicted with attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS). Alhaggagi pleaded guilty to attempting to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization and identity theft charges. He admitted to creating Twitter and Facebook accounts for people he believed were supporters of ISIS.
