[NDOH] Terrence J. McNeil, of Akron, Ohio, was sentenced to 20 years in prison for soliciting the murder of members of the U.S. military. McNeil pleaded guilty earlier to five counts of solicitation to commit a crime of violence and five counts of making threatening interstate communications. Court records said McNeil disseminated violent rhetoric from the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS).
