How do we contact the STATE DEPT? We need an address, a name, a person to whom we can write and state our opinions. Can you post a PHONE NUMBER of the dept that does this kind of publication.?

To read what you say is very frustrating. We need to react to the folk who are making policy. Please give us an outlet. Some of us can't send money but we COULD WRITE LETTERS OR MAKE PHONE CALLS.
