What's Missing in Muslim booklet
Reader comment on item: State Department Continues Islamist Outreach

Since the standard of living in the countries receiving this booklet will be much lower than that of the U.S., this booklet will be showing Muslims how great life is in America. Who wouldn't want to come here?
What I found missing was a frank discussion of the "ground rules" for Being a Muslim in America -- such as:
1) The United States does not tolerate any discrimination by race, religion, or gender.
2) The Constitution guarantees freedom of speech and freedom of religion -- including changing one's religion without repurcussions
3) To become a U.S. citizen you must pledge allegiance to the Unitied States above all other organizations, or even a religion.
4) Conspiracy to commit violence against the government or government organizations is strictly forbidden and will be severely prosecuted
5) The government may not provide separate facilities or separate times for any particular religious group.
6) Wife-beating and honor killing are strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Hopefully, Muslims attracted by the nice pictures will be think twice about coming to America in order to set up an Islamic state.
