I was present at the protest on the sidewalk near the Hilton. People came from North and far west suburbs and cities and villages so far from Oak Lawn. Where were the Congress people and the State Representatives? I don't recall seeing or hearing that an aide or actual elected official took the time to support the protesters. Are they sending us a message?
