@USMC2k: You say, "I guess all we need to do is label someone a terrorist now and claim they are bad in order to kill them." but you do realize that for the last 10 years, as a result of the Bush Admin, we have been labeling people terrorists and imprisoning them, torturing (sometimes killing) them- all without formal charges, access to legal counsel, or a fair trial right? How is this THAT much different? Either way peoples' (American citizens and their families) lives are severely altered or ruined as a result of this policy.
