In case you haven't realised and you are not deliberately obfuscating the obvious truth - the number of people killed in terrorist attacks by MUSLIM terrorists since they started practicing their hobby in the USA on 9/11 - BY FAR AND AWAY exceeds the sun total of deaths by those non-islamic group you mentioned. Over 20,000 terrorist attacks!
