In the most recent publication of the International Counter Terrorism Officers Association (ICTOA) newsletter - available at www.ictoa.org, this author quoted recent research which makes it clear that the less than survivable birth-rates of Europe and the influx of refugees bring create issues that were naturally expected and many more that, until recently, were not fully recognized. Those immigrating to Europe and the West are coming from the Middle East and Africa in numbers distancing their records from the record numbers reaching America's shores in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

A key factor that separates the influx now and those of the late 1900's is that America was able to absorb the vast majority because they shared a common culture and similar faith with those who mostly came from Europe, particularly Eastern Europe. Today's refugees to Europe and the West share no such commonality. Arriving from Muslim dominated Middle Eastern and African countries, they have a radically different historical culture and no intention, for the most part, of embracing western values. Their view of women as property and subservient at best, disguised by claims of 'protecting their virtue' are evident by such mass assaults against western women who they see not only as infidels, but, less than human objects for male dominance, pleasure and exploitation. It is not unlike the purposeful rape of women and young girls in the Balkans during the wars in Bosnia-Herzegovina in the mid-1990's.

Attackers, Serbian in background, raped Muslim Bosnian women and girls for two purposes, other than the individual's power and demented pleasure. If the Serbians had been successful in the war, they would have created a servant class of children and women that would be unwanted by their Bosnian 'families' because they were the products of rape by infidels and, if they were not killed by their own Bosnian people, both the women who had been raped and the children products of those criminal acts would be slaves to the conquering Serbs.

Twenty years later, ISIS and other Islamic terrorists now use the same tactics to spread fear acaross Europe.

Thousands of years ago, Israel's King Solomon wrote: "There is nothing new under the sun." What must be new is an effective strategy to drive these terror mongers into the sea where either their own god will save them or they can enjoy the rewards such martyrs to their faith deserve.
