Universities and colleges will do nothing. America is lost and will continue to decline.

America won many wars fighting for its freedom, its safety and pursuing its interests in the world but lost its fight against extremists in its own land. Using the freedom of expression protected by the constitution, and careful planning and manuevering afforded by sophisticated technology, extremists are successful in their assult. Because the proccesses of our laws and their applications are so complicated, higher education administrators and government officials will do nothing. Preventing crimes and pursuing justice are time consuming and costly. We neither have the money nor the human power to despense justice and insure safety of all Americans. We lost the war. America has become a breeding ground for extremist and will continue to do so.
