I met Downing on 2-19-12 at the sharia townhall at the Orange County Islamic Center hosted by Muzammil Siddiqi . Present were also Lee Baca, Maxine Waters, Loretta Sanchez, Judy Chu and Andre Birotte, US Attorney for LA. It was disgusting beyond words as these law enforcement officers supported sharia and sat there while Waters et al, blasted away at NYPD and FBI.

Worse yet, Downing brought 3 of his counter intelligence officers with him. They were in full uniform. One of them used his cell phone to take video of the audience. After it was over, I met Downing and his men. I told them (among other things) that Siddiqi had hosted the Blind Sheikh at the mosque in 1992 and had translated in real time, a sermon on Jihad Downing's response?

"You know, Gary, some people change over time."
